We are thoughtful and selective about who joins Snugs & Kisses, so families can feel confident knowing caregivers on our platform have already been carefully reviewed and approved.

Our goal is to make getting care in place feel smooth, simple, and stress-free. Because caregivers are carefully screened before joining our team, families are not expected to interview caregivers as part of the booking process. Instead, families can review caregiver profiles and select care based on availability, experience, and fit. For families seeking recurring care on a consistent schedule, a brief introduction may be coordinated when possible.

Care is focused on the supervision and well-being of your child during booked hours. Caregivers are expected to maintain a tidy environment related to the child's activities, such as cleaning up toys or dishes used during care. Additional household tasks are not included unless specifically discussed and agreed upon in advance.
